Sundays can go one of two ways: either a lazy day of indulgence or a frantic attempt to sort your life out before Monday hits. If you’re anything like me, you’ve had both kinds. But I’ve found a middle ground the Sunday Reset a simple routine that sets me up for a smoother, more productive week without the stress.

Here’s how I do it:

1. Sort the Chaos

First things first, I tackle whatever mess I’ve conveniently ignored all week. Whether it’s laundry, dishes, or the random pile of stuff I’ve somehow accumulated, a quick tidy-up makes a huge difference. Nothing fancy—just enough to clear my space and my head.

3. Sort My Mind

Sunday is my time to reflect—what went well last week? What didn’t? No deep self-analysis, just a quick check-in. Sometimes I journal, sometimes I just think about it while making a cup of tea. The goal is to step into Monday with a bit more clarity.
