Finding Inner Peace: My Path to Spiritual Alignment

In the modern world, it is very easy to get lost with the technology that we have created. The average person spends 6-7 hours online everyday, being online has any benefits such as stimulating your brain by helping brain activity but it also has some downsides as being online is a distraction to tasks that we need to complete. Social media has had a large negative impact on its users and their mindset as many people find themselves comparing to others lives.

Lately Tiktok has been taking my focus and I spend hours on that app every single day. Do I realize that this app has no value to my knowledge? yes, but i just cannot stop looking at pointless videos. This is the same for many people and sometimes we need to take a step back even if it is just for a few minutes and center yourself. spend time with your own thoughts, this is scary for many and was for me at the beginning now I find it fascinating.

In this blog post, the main focus is a little bit different from my usual content. I will be discussing what I practices i have done recently because right now i feel the best i ever have:

Journaling

As of late, I have been Journaling almost every night. Most of my writing happens when it is a full or new moon. I normally sit in a dark room with the only light being from the television and write whatever comes to mind. With a light room I feel that the distractions get the best of me and in the dark I can just focus and not read to much into the things I am writing as I cannot see it.

In my journal, that is not even an actual journal it is just a notebook that i found and claimed it as my journal. Mostly, writing about my present life and how I am really feeling about the topics that arise, normally ones that are buried in the back of my mind that i need to bring to the forefront again and really heal. Doing this makes me feel empowered and at peace, I know that I am bettering myself with every word that I write. It is a release of the stress that has been weighing on me.

Next, I write about my future life also in the present text, this is a manifesting technique that I really like as I struggle to visualize things that I want to happen in my life. Writing in the present tense helps me to really feel how that moment would be. Recently, I have written a day in my life, from waking up in my dream home, work, friends and the items that I own. I get waves of joy whenever I do this, it is probably my favorite way of manifesting.

Also, in the present tense I write about my future relationship. Like many people, I struggle to find my match. I was in a relationship but it was very toxic and the guy was a narcissist. So as of right now I a focusing on becoming my higher self but I still like to imagine the way that a relationship would be. By doing this I am detailing what I want their personality to be like making me set boundaries as to who I let in romantically.

Quantum jumping meditations

Almost every morning, I begin my day with a quantum leap meditation. I would say everyday like other people but I am very forgetful and sometimes life gets in the way. Right now I am doing the 10 minute quantum leap by Brian Scott. Go and check out this meditation if you are interested it has changed my life.

In this meditation it asks you to center yourself and think of everything as space and time. You create your reality in this meditation and it is the only meditation that I can actually visualize. It is only 10 minutes long so you are not trying to stop yourself from being distracted while doing this.

From the first day that I completed this meditation, I noticed very big changes in my life I had become my highest self. Everything was aligning for me and I felt at peace. I was more magnetic than ever before, the men were lining up to be with me and this wasn’t even my intention. Then I went to a place I had never been before as a VIP and then met a celebrity. this was not in my luck before I am the most unlucky person you will ever meet.

Pinterest vision boards

I began making vision boards in 2021, just before the whole thing became a “trend”. In many vision boards that i have made it mostly focus’ on the friends aspect and what is happening that year and the majority of it has manifested itself at one point or another.

At the start of 2024, i made the biggest vision board of all. I was on Tiktok and seen this video about breaking your vision board into sections these were: health, wealth, career, friends and relationships. This took me a few weeks to complete as i would try to do 1 or 2 boards a week. I have a more indepth blog post on this How to: create your 2024 vision board

My most recent vision board, I made whenever I would want to go on TikTok. As I knew that this would also stimulate my brain while also manifesting. Everything that I wrote down in my journal that was written above was made into a vision board. All the present tense about the future was created into a visual source. Once this was completed I put all of the pinterest pins into canva and made a collage.

Conclusion

Overall, this past month that I have began incorporating all of these practices. I feel like a brand new person, I have felt such a change in the way i perceive the world and these are the best practices for me to use. For many others this will be different and I hope you find the ways that work for you by researching a trying them out.
