- Setup Statement: While focusing on the issue, create a setup statement that acknowledges the problem and accepts yourself despite it. For example, “Even though I feel anxious about [specific issue], I deeply and completely accept myself.”

For me EFT tapping has been a profound experience, I wish I discovered this earlier. I use EFT tapping to help with my trauma from my brain injury I had at 10 years old, it almost killed me. I am so very grateful that I am here today writing this and helping people upgrade their life. Doing EFT tapping helps me fully relax and calm my mind. When I started doing EFT tapping I could see a change in my life already I felt more grounded than usual.
