have you ever just had enough of the way your life is? or why you feel like crap everyday?

I was in that exact position…. I was very emotional, depressed, had PTSD and anxiety. Every year since 2019 I have said that this coming year will be my year and I wont let anyone tear me down, but with my mental health that i didn’t fully commit to fixing until i was tearing myself apart and didn’t want to be here anymore.
Now I finally feel in a place where i am happy with my life, i am grateful for everything. Even the small things in life and I believe that’s the stage you need to get too before manifestations actually start to happen. This may be wrong and nothing will happen but at least I feel more content within myself and I am happy. That’s all that matters right?
I love my life right now and I feel more motivated than ever, and since I have so much love and energy I am going to take my power back that I have given to so many people over the years. Looking back I cant believe how i tore myself down just to make other people happy.
Here is my list of things I am going to try and do next year to become my highest self:
Vision board: At the start of 2024, a vision board is going to lay out all of the things we want to manifest in the next year. This really helps get a visual on what you want and you get clear on how you feel about this image.
Journal: I am going to attempt to do this everyday as I really enjoy it and I feel as if it connects me to the divine power. journaling really gives me a perspective on how my life is going and what I want in life.
Visualization: For 5-10 minute a day when i am able. i am going to visualize my life. how i want it to play out, By mentally rehearsing success, individuals build resilience and reduce anxiety, cultivating an optimistic outlook. This practice activates the subconscious mind, aligning thoughts and behaviours with desired outcomes. Visualization enhances focus, concentration, and motivation, serving as a powerful tool to overcome challenges. Through the lens of the law of attraction, positive visualization is believed to attract positive experiences. Neuroplasticity is engaged as the brain adapts to mentally rehearsed scenarios, aiding skill development. Ultimately, visualization complements concrete actions, providing a holistic approach to taking back control and achieving personal empowerment.
Wellness journal: This may seem the same as journaling and I would normally say it is. but in 2024 I want to manifest and have a clear vision of the future while checking on my mental and physical health. in this journal you can keep track of your feelings throughout the day, your water intake and what you are grateful for in your current life.
Promotes self-awareness, tracks health progress, fosters mindfulness, aids stress reduction and supports overall well-being and mental health.
Meditation: I am going to try meditate as much as I can. Meditation empowers individuals by fostering self-awareness and mindfulness. It allows a reclaiming of mental space, enabling detachment from stressors. Through consistent practice, meditation cultivates a resilient mindset, reducing reactivity to external challenges. This reclaiming of inner peace enhances decision-making, emotional regulation, and a profound sense of personal empowerment.

Praying: this one may be controversial to some of you but just let me explain. I have never been a big believer in any religious being but i prayed to the universe every night asking them to help me gut of this deep dark hole I was in and let me be happy, peaceful. I am truly grateful for that. But now I have started to shift to praying to god. it just seems more comfortable for me, any higher power that you believe in to make you feel at peace praying can be a great help.
when I first started praying it was so I wasn’t so fixed and obsessive over that thing I wanted from the higher power and I would say this helped me live a much happier life.
Working on things that bring me joy: In 2024, I am going to focus on things that make me happier not others and you should too. I know that we have all spent to much time on making other people happy. SO LETS TAKE OUR POWER BACK! lets do things that light us up. like exercise, baking, dressing up, spending time with family, working on a project or being artistic. Whatever brings you joy do it, not what other want to see from you.
My goal is to work on this business as it brings me so much joy hoping that I will brighten up one persons day by reading this blog.
